Ingredients: self-made pickle, cocktail sausage, flour, egg, olive oil, pickle juice;

Steps:

1. Cut up the pickle, cut the cocktail sausage into small particles, and beat the egg well;

2. Add flour to stir it even;

3. If the mixture is on the dry side, add proper amount of pickle juice to stir it even;

4. Apply oil to the electric baking pan and wait for a little while;

5. Apply the mixed paste into the electric baking pan and close the cover for about three minutes;

6. Turn it upside down and fry it until both sides are golden.
