Ingredient: self-made spicy cabbage, streaky pork, one piece of bean curd, green Chinese onion;

Steps:

1. Slice up the streaky pork, cut the green Chinese onion into sections, cut the bean curd into slices; the size is based on different person;

2. Put the sliced spicy cabbage into the pot; after the water in the pot is boiling, put the sliced streaky port into the pot to biol them for about 15 minutes;

3. Wait until the streaky pork is cooked, and then put the sliced bean curd and green Chinese onion to boil them for three minutes; finally, season them with salt and aginomoto.
